Everyone deserves a happy hour, and sake is totally up for the occasion! Sake is so easy to dress down, and like a chameleon, will reveal a different side depending on the pairing. Common happy hour fare, like pizza with its spicy meats and tomato sauce, might reveal a more fruity side to sake, and being high in lactic acid definitely helps to provide the perfect pairing to melted cheese and cream sauce. We’ve chosen two different types of sake so you can experience what we mean.
